SHORT ITINERARY:

Day 01: Arrival at Bhubaneswar/Puri; Drive to Puri
Day 02: Puri Sightseeing
Day 03: Chilika Sightseeing
Day 04: Drive to Bhubaneswar
Day 05: Bhubaneswar Sightseeing; End of Tour

Day 1: Arrival at Bhubaneswar/Puri; Drive to Puri

  • Arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport / Railway Station or Puri Railway Station.

  • Transfer to Puri for hotel check-in.

  • After freshening up, proceed for local sightseeing:

    • Lord Jagannath Temple

    • Mausimaa Temple

    • Sunar Gaurang Temple

    • Raghurajpur Craft Village (14 km)

  • Overnight stay at Puri.

Day 2: Puri Sightseeing

  • Early morning, enjoy the sunrise at Puri Beach and spend some leisure time by the sea.

  • After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Konark:

    • Visit the Konark Sun Temple (World Heritage Site, also known as the Black Pagoda).

    • Experience the Light & Illumination Program at the temple.

    • Explore Chandrabhaga Beach (sunset point).

    • Visit Ramchandi Beach.

  • Return to Puri in the evening.

  • Overnight stay at Puri.

Day 3: Chilika Sightseeing

  • Excursion to Chilika Lake at Satapada – the largest Ramsar site in Asia.

  • Enjoy a cruise to the sea-mouth with chances to spot rare Irrawaddy dolphins.

  • Visit Rajhans Island for scenic views and nature exploration.

  • Return to Puri after sightseeing.

  • Overnight stay at Puri.

Day 4: Drive to Bhubaneswar

  • Check out from hotel at 8:00 AM and proceed to Bhubaneswar.

  • Enroute sightseeing:

    • Pipili Appliqué Market

    • Dhauli – Buddhist heritage site

  • Evening visits in Bhubaneswar:

    • Lingaraj Temple

    • Rajarani Temple

    • Mukteswar Temple

    • Ekamra Haat (traditional market)

  • Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.

Day 5: Bhubaneswar Sightseeing: End of Tour

  • Check out from hotel at 8:00 AM.

  • Proceed for last day sightseeing:

    • Nandankanan Zoological Park

    • Khandagiri Jain Caves

    • Udayagiri Jain Caves

  • Drop at Bhubaneswar Railway Station / Airport for onward journey.
